The process of Cleaning the tubes, C**denser is very important at Power stati**s, this System removes sediment and plankt**, which are adhesive pipes intensive internal, and not cleaning those pipes result in major problems is the lack of efficiency of the process intensificati** of steam into water, thus the lack of sustaining pressure VACUUM ****** the c**denser.

Rubber sp**ge balls are injected into circulating water (CW) flow at the inlet of a heat exchanger. The sp**ge balls are circulated through the heat exchanger tubes, where they mechanically remove fouling debris and scale that builds up ** the tube surfaces. Sp**ge balls are then collected at the c**denser outlet by a Ball strainer and re-injected at the inlet to c**tinuously maintain the cleaning process.

so many advantages are provided from using this **-load system:

5- Eliminates regular shutdowns for costly manual tube cleanings
6- Reduces chlorinati** usage and expense
7- Extends c**denser life

We Use at Cairo Power Stati** , (TECHNOS) Ball Cleaning System , I attached two files which describe the overall system , and a data sheet for ( TECHNOS ) System.
